Is it illegal to start a Myspace layout site using layouts that have been created by a layout generator?

Is it illegal or wrong to start a Myspace layout site using layouts that have been created by an online layout generator even if you give the generator credit. I am really good at making layouts off a generator I really want to make a Myspace layout site and I was wondering if you can start a a layout site with layouts that have been generated. Is it illegal? Is it wrong? Whats your opinion?

1. no way. as long as they still have the advertisements on them, theyre totally legal.
2. you dont have to even put there ad on your site.. they wont be able to prove that you made it on there site anyway so just take there ad out and say its your own.. its your own idea after all so why not call it yours
