How can I start making my own Myspace Layouts?

I've seen a lot of people creating their own layouts for myspace and letting their friends and other people use them. I was wondering how I could start doing that? Example: Like 'Whateverlife.com' or something similar to that.

1. You need to know some basic html & css....there are websites (like the one below) that teach you... http://www.lissaexplains.com/basics.shtml You'll also need photo editing software (photo shop, paint shop, ect) to create your backgrounds, banners, contact tables, ect. You can download a free trial at adobe.com or corel.com....Or you can just use Microsoft Paint, which is already on your computer, but it's not nearly as good as Photo Shop. As for a website like "Whateverlife.com", you'll need to have some experience with html & css before you could create a website like that...plus you would have to buy a domain & photo shop (or paint shop) to create the website layout. It would be a good idea for you to just make a new myspace account for your layouts & add them there, in your blog & just tell your friends about your page. 2. First, you have to buy your own domain name or make a myspace. And then just make layouts, you need to use a lot of html. The easiest way to make your own layouts is to use a really good layout generator.
3. ok well first of all create another myspace accont. and then edit your profile however you like. then make layouts..there aare tons of ways to make layouts. go to google and search for layout generators and then once you make then..post them up on that site. and invite a lot of people to your site.
4. look for tuturials on google. Id send them to you but this computer is stupid hehe.
